What shipping methods do you offer?
CBD Source ships all orders through UPS or USPS, to any state in the United States where CBD and hemp are legal. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.
Can CBD Source ship to all 50 states?

Can CBD Source ship outside of the United States?
We cannot currently ship CBD or Hemp products outside of the United States.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please contact our customer service at 845-796-3565 to confirm if your order is still processing or if it has been shipped. If it has not been shipped yet we may be able to edit the shipping address.
How can I track my order?
Your order confirmation email will provide you with details on how your order will be shipped. You will receive another email with a tracking number, which can be used on the carrier's site to track your package.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you have not received your order, you can reach our customer service at 845-796-3565 to start a claim.
You will have 14 days from your purchase date to make a return. Claims must be filed with our customer service department within 14 days of purchase.
Simply contact our customer service to start a return claim. Returns can be mailed or sent from any UPS or USPS shipping location.
If you’ve received a return label from us, you can take your order to your nearest UPS or USPS shipping location. If you purchased a CBD Source product from one of our retail locations, please follow the store’s return policy.
It may take up to 3 to 5 business days – depending on your bank – for you to receive your refund once it has been processed.
Your refund is sent through your original form of payment.
